Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Maa Ji Kitchen Magic Masala reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases where a product is listed at an incorrect price, contains typographical or technical errors, or if any payment-related issue or suspicious activity is detected. Customers are allowed to cancel their orders only before the order has been shipped. To cancel an order, customers can either log in to their account and visit the “My Account” section or contact our support team for assistance.
1. Order Cancellation
Maa Ji Kitchen Magic Masala reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
- Product is listed at an incorrect price
- There is any typographical or technical error
- Payment issues or suspicious activity is detected
To cancel an order:
- Login to your account and go to “My Account”, or
- Contact our support team
2. Cancellation by Customer
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Customers are responsible for checking order details before placing the order.
3. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged (packaging damaged)
- Wrong product has been delivered
❌ No returns or exchanges will be accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
4. Return Request Time
- You must request a return within 3 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at (Add your support email here) OR request via “My Account” section
Provide:
- Order ID
- Product details
- Images of damaged/wrong product
- After approval, you will be guided for return shipment
6. Return Shipping
Customer may be required to ship the product back to our address (shared after approval).
Product must be returned:
- In original condition
- With packaging intact
- Along with any free items
