Delivery Charges
We charge a shipping fee of ₹59 (including taxes) for orders with a value less than ₹500. Orders above this amount may qualify for free or discounted shipping as per ongoing offers on Maa Ji Kitchen Magic Masala.
Product Freshness
All products delivered by Maa Ji Kitchen Magic Masala come with a clearly mentioned manufacturing date and expiry date to ensure freshness and quality. If you notice any damage to the packaging or receive a wrong product at the time of delivery, you can request a return through our website. Please refer to our Cancellation & Return Policy for complete details.
Delivery Attempts
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our logistics partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order at the provided address. If the first attempt is missed, you can receive your order during the second or third attempt.
Receiving Orders by Someone Else
If the person who placed the order is not available, any individual present at the delivery address (residential or otherwise) can receive the order. This will be considered as a successful delivery.

Shipping Time & Order Updates
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Taxes & Hidden Charges
All applicable GST is included and clearly displayed during checkout. We do not charge any hidden or additional fees beyond what is shown in your shopping cart.
International Delivery
Currently, Maa Ji Kitchen Magic Masala does not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
Return Shipping Charges
Return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery. Customers are required to return the product at their own cost. Once the returned product is received and approved, a store credit or coupon code will be issued, which may include reimbursement of return shipping charges if applicable.
Wrong Product Received
Although we maintain strict quality checks, in rare cases if you receive a product different from what you ordered, you can raise a return request through our website. Please refer to our Cancellation & Return Policy for more information.
Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case of eligible returns (such as damaged or wrong products), refunds will be processed in the form of store credit or coupon code within 7–10 business days after approval.
